How to rotate a PDF and keep it that way

Fix sideways or upside-down scans and save a permanently rotated PDF.

Step by step

1. Open the Rotate tool and add your PDF.
2. Choose how far to turn it: 90° right, 180°, or 90° left.
3. Click Rotate PDF. Every page turns and the result downloads as rotated.pdf.

Why rotation "sticks" here
